Starlite Budget Inn had a super handy location, just a hop away from tasty spots like Toast A Go Go and Anna's Country Buffet. The staff was friendly, which made our stay that much better. Plus, the room was clean and comfy—a cozy haven after a day of exploring!

But let's be real, the place felt outdated, with wall a/c units and tiny fridges. The pool area had some major issues too—the outdoor pool was algae city, while the indoor one was kinda questionable. Still, it all had a certain charm.

Enjoyed a delightful stay! The manager's homemade gravy with biscuits for breakfast was a highlight. The quaint, well-maintained atmosphere made for a comfortable evening after a day of exploring. A tip, be patient when calling for the manager. she may take a bit to arrive.

We had a lovely time staying in a spacious two-bedroom suite, where our son loved the cozy corner for reading.
